when we consume food products which contain ghee or oils which have saturated fats then those fats form lumps in the blood and get stuck on the inner walls of our blood vessels. due to this our heart has to apply more pressure to pump the blood. also sometimes the lumps of cholesterol completely blocked those blood vessels due to which blood is not supplied to heart due to which the walls of our directly collide with each other due to which we feel pain during heart attacks.
