why do hydrochloric acid nitric acid sulphuric acid shows acidic character in aquaous solutions while solution of compound like alcohol and glucose don't show the acidic character ​

HCL and nitric acid sulphuric acid acidic character in aqua solution because they give h + ions in aqueous solution where is the compound alcohol and glucose do not break h + ions and they are nonpolar in nature where is water is polar nature so they do not dissociate mixed with each other so they do not show acidic nature.
