Bcz it is harmful as there is a danger of its combustion and explosion and in our India scientists haven't any sol. to recover its destruction in case of accident but the work is going on to find the sol...

hydrogen is restricted as a fuel although it is able to burn it self, the only reason for this is that hydrogen burns with a sudden combustion and this makes explosion which makes it a unstable fuel this makes it to be used a bomb rather than a fuel.
