2.) Always keep drinking water while you study.
3.) If you have your own room, tell your parents that you are trying to study and shut the door.
4.) Dont push your self, just stick to your limits, If you can study for one 1 hour study for one hour and take a small break, whatever it may be, how long you are able to study, just focus your best.
5.) If you can't memorize something, like some answer or formula or definition, write it and learn or read it out loudly
6.) music can help, not rock music, calm or gentle music with low volume, old Indian music is the best if you ask me .......
