I am explaining in simple words.
1-- this is because at the junction between two neurons (synapse) which helps to pass the impulse from one cell to another present on only one side . they act as a valve and prevent backflow.
2-- If the radius of loop will become half then the strength of magnetic fields become double . it is inversely proportional to radius of the loop.
3-- if the current is doubled then also magnetic strength will become double as it is directly proportional to current flowing in loop.
