Teething does not cause or induce vomiting. It may cause a rise in body temperature not to the extent of calling it fever again. It can cause a excessive secretions in the mouth,which is known as drooling, leading to irritation of the stomach lining, which can be called as spitting.

For Vomiting to happen, you need a bigger regurgitating force, which is normally not present in children. If that does happen, it could probably be a viral infection.
