In an unorganised sector employees does not have more facilities when compared to the organised sector. There are many problems employees face in an unorganised sector.

• The unorganised sector supports child labour. we can see many children working there, who are not even at the legal age.  

• In an unorganised sector the wages they pay is very less.

• There is no provision for paid leaves, holidays, leaves due to sickness, overtime etc..

• In unorganised sector there is a high degree of insecurity. The government does not control these.

• The work in the unorganised sector is not fixed and In search of the job, the labourers have to migrate from one place to the another.  And it costs a fortune to them.
