why do leaves of plants turn yellowish, when sprayed with heavy dose of insecticide, even though they are not poisonous for plants?

because the chlorophyll will die in the plants..

HELLO MY DEAR FRIEND

YES SOME TIMES PLANTS LEAVES WILL TURN AS YELLOWISH COLOUR. THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE LESS CHLOROPHYLL LEVEL. PLANTS LOOK GREEN IN COLOUR BECAUSE OF CHLOROPHYLL. IF CHLOROPHYLL NOT PRESENT IN LEAVES OF PLANT IT TURN'S INTO YELLOW COLOUR.
