Why do legs and arms have tube like bones ?

These bones are made of calcium salts and collagen, to ensure the required lightness and perfect strength of these structures, so that the arms and legs can be moved easily. ✴This is because hollowbone require less calcium and it's weight is much less although hollow bones strength is comparable to solid bone.
