why do lipids whose molecular weight Donor text 8808 and come under acid insoluble fraction that is macromolecular fraction​

Explanation:

Thats why they are included in acid insoluble fraction. Lipids are present in cell membrane when a cell is ruptured and treated with acid. Due to non-polar nature of lipids they form alarge clump and can't pass through filter (cheese cloth). So put in catogary of acid insoluble molecule.
