why do living organisms have narrow pH range?

Its because pH is neccesasary for the the proper functioning of the body and to make our cells &tissues work more effectively we need a maitained pH . if it is not ensured, our body may face a serious problem

if the narrow ph of an organism keeps changing, then most probably the organism may die...thats why living organism have narrow pH
