The simplest answer of this question is " due to fear of being killed"
After both Malcolm and donalbain discovers the dead body of King Duncan. They was in fear that the murderer of their father is still among them and surely will try to kill them also in order to get rid of them also,So they was not willing to fear their life thus in order to protect themselves both decided flee to different countries , the Malcolm to england which the donabain to the ireland .
