⭕ELø ⭕

Here's your answer ....

Metals always have electrons in their valence shell which they can donate to acceptor atom while non metals are always some electron less which they can gain by gaining electrons from donor atom .

So , to fulfill each other's valence shell and gain stable noble gas electronic configuration metals and non metals react .

Hey there ❤️❤️

Here you go .....

Metals and non metals react and form bonds in order to satisfy each others valency and attain noble gas configuration .

Example ➻NaCl ( Sodium chloride)

Na has one electron in its valence shell which it donates to Cl which is one electron short . Both while doing this attain noble gas configuration and form ionic bond .
