because they are not been removed by nature...hence they are useful to them...tails are removed artificially...but they are present in their genes

The mouse with cutted tail is it acquired trait present in somatic cell not in Germany cells. As germ cells are transferred during reproduction not the somatic cells therefore the mice continues to reproduce mice with tails.
