Why do milk in poly packs don’t get spoiled?

polypacks are air tight and do not allow the microbes to enter and they
 are also pasteurized before storing

The milk in the polypacks is pasteurized before packing. Also the polypacks are air tight and does not allow microbes to enter inside which prevents milk from spoiling.
