Probably because she sees you with your face in your phone 24/7. Every time she sees you your attention is on the phone instead of the world around you. If she tries to talk to you yep youre focused on that phone.
Now are you on the phone a lot? What happens when she talks to you. Do you focus on the conversation at hand or are you blunt and anxious to check in with your phone. How are your grades in school? Do you do things like bike or hike or swim or paint or what ever that do not include your phone? Can you leave the phone at home for a day and go do something else? Are you anxious or nervous when you do that? Think REALLY think how much time in a 24 hour period you are using your phone for what ever reason. Are you living a full life going out and doing things alone and with friends. Or are you living a half life inside the phone to prove to everyone you HAVE a life?
