Why do most cars have speedometers that go up to at least 130 when you legally can’t go that fast on any road?

Hey mate, Here is your Answer

I think that the reason is all about Marketing. Most cars can go up to 105+ speed when the speed limit is mostly 75 kmph. Why not limit cars to 80 mph, make them all super efficient, and prevent high speed accidents? Because we have the power of choice.
