1. This question is very difficult and it might be interpreted in several ways. Giftedness is a quality of being gifted or possessing certain inborn qualities like that of being intelligent, artistic, creative or any such thing.
However according to me, most of the women are not able to shine with their giftedness due to lack of enough scopes and opportunities that they deserve. there are a number of restrictions and they cannot act as they feel like, and it is due to such absence of right paths, that they cannot shine.
2. Another reason should be that they are negligent towards their own selves and career.
3. Third reason might be that, they lack support from others.
4. Fourth reason might be that, they are mostly engrossed into family matters and domestic life, and hence cannot go out and work.
