Mountaineers climbing high mountain carry oxygen cylinder with them because as we go high the oxygen level in atmosphere starts decreasing, and people face problem in breathing.

yes, it can might be possible.because climbing up to very high mountain at top there is less amount which may can create an problems to person like bleeding from nose,ears etc.
ex.:-mount everst
And in case of small mountain this is no need to carry oxygen in top there is more no.of mountain
