Answer: AS NYLON ROPES STREACHES , THEY EXERT A FORCE OVER A GREATER TIME SO THAT THE FORCE WILL BE SMALLER THAN WITH A HEMP ROPE WHICH EXERTS  A FORCE FOR A SHORTER TIME.

Answer:Due to its strength and stretch properties, while also being extremely light, nylon is an ideal material for making strong-dynamic climbing ropes.

Explanation:

Nylon ropes, which stretch considerably under tension, are favored by mountain climbers because they stretch and take time in coming to a stop when mountain climbers accidentally fall.Nylon is the strongest of all ropes in common use. It is used for absorbing shock loads, such as when lifting or towing because it has the ability to return to it's original length after being stretched. It also has good abrasion resistance and can last several times longer than natural fibres.
