Answer:

Because when organism make unicellular after they having ability about reproduction and for reproduction need separate cells then they make male or female....

All multicellular organisms don't have gender. In case of some there is presence of different sexes but there are some organisms which don't have different genders or are identical.

Even some organisms are present in which sexes are present but they are not separate i.e. hermaphrodite animals.
