Explanation:

You need to transfer energy from glucose to your muscles very quickly. However your body cannot get oxygen to its muscles quickly enough for aerobic respiration to occur that's why muscle switch.

Answer:

Our muscles switch from aerobic respiration to anaerobic respiration because:-

√When we are highly active (any physical activity) which needs the action of muscles, our body needs more oxygen, so our body needs to transfer energy (present in form of glucose) to muscles.

√ In case our body didn't get enough amount of oxygen which is required for aerobic respiration so in that particular case anaerobic respiration takes place.

Explanation:

•While exercising, there is the production of lactic acid which further generates an *oxygen debt*.

•In that case, our body does not provide, the required amount of oxygen to muscles due to our *breathing limitations* (because of which our body is an oxygen deficit).

• That's why our muscles only perform *fermentation* due to a deficiency of oxygen.

•Hence there is the production of lactic acid which further leads to *muscles cramps* and fatigue.
