Let's look at the statistics,
There are approx 55–60 million Urdu speakers in India.
And there are around 190 million Muslims in India.
That means 135 million Muslims don't speak Urdu.
Thus only 30% Indian Muslims speak Urdu as first language even if we consider it a muslim exclusive language.
Majority of these speakers will be in UP,Bihar and Hyderabad.
