why do naphthalene kept in store is dis appears after some timeno residue is left?

It is so because nepthalene balls follow the property of sublimation due to which they disappear after sometimes.

napthalene disappears with the passage of time because it show the process sublimation i.e solid convert into gases stage without going under liquid stage......
