Why do need to prevent the lose of species

We need to protect the specied of plants and animals to protect it from being extict.If we doo not protect the species the ecological balance and food chain of the environment will completely be destroyed

we need to prevent the lose of species to maintain ecological balance and to save the food chain. More the species lost more is the damage to the ecosystem. As the species are lost the food chain becomes unbalanced and the other predators,consumers may not get proper food as a result they may die and therefore all the species will become extinct. there will be no life to live and the ecosystem will be lost.
