People do not find local parks safe because most of the people somewhat like don are just roaming here and there disturbing other people , smoking , and teasing girls . Especially the girls are not more safe in local parks because some bad people are just stalking them and just following them. Also these bad people damage the swings , round - about and many things in the park and just making the life of other people miserable and as a hell.
