Vegetative reproduction in roses can be done by cuttingand rooting, bud grafting etc. ... Sexual reproduction of roses takes place by the formation of seeds. These help in producing new varieties. The seeds are present in the rose hips of the flower instead inside the fruits.

hope it helps!!.

Hey friend,
Here is your answer:

Rose plants do not reproduce asexually because most of the time they are grafted. Vegetative propagation is used most of the time where the cuttings of the rose plants are used to grow new plants. This helps in the production of new rose plants soon.
The sexual reproduction of rose plants is a very slow and long process. The seeds are present at the base of the flower in the rose hips. A seed takes about four months to develop.

Hope it helps u.
