why do not we feel uneasy even under the enormous pressure of atmosphere above as well as all around us

It is because the blood in our body exert equal and opposite pressure which cancels the atmospheric pressure acting on our body. This is called blood pressure. Hence, we do not feel the huge amount of atmospheric pressure acting on our body.
