At least some amount of sunlight enters the room from ventilators.

Due to constant scattering of the same through air, we can easily see the entire object in the room.

It is a concept of diffusion.

The room is lighten even if the sun’s ray does not enter the room because the diffuse form of lights can provide you the partial perception of an object through airflow entering from the ventilators and windows.
