1. there are some perons who are suffering from hypothermia sometimes do not released sweat as his body do not have much water to excrete out from the skin pores.
2. and the second reason is he have a habit of remaining in 40 degree so his body was adapt himself to get ready of this much temperature and also I do not drink much more water as we do.
