why do one feels cold after taking a hot shower?

we feel cold beacuse in the hot water bath the energy from the heat in the water is being transferred to u to make the energy even in both and the water(this is called equilibrium).
so, when uh get out the normal temperature of airgets the excess energy from the hot uh to make equilibrium and same for cold water.as uh transfer energy to the water so uh get it when uh leave
