Organic acids are obtined from plants and animals while the acids in which minerals are present known as mineral acid

the main difference between mineral acid and organic acid is that mineral acids are inorganic compounds composed of different chemical element combination whereas organic acid are organic compounds essentially composed of carbon and hydrogen atoms but hcn which is another inorganic acid does not have oxygen atoms
