Why do organisms differ from each other when they all have cells having similar structures
and organelles ?

Answer:

All the organisms are not same in size and also all the organisms have different level of organisation. For example humans has organs system of organisation. All there body parts work as an inter connected unit. Hence organisms differ each other.

All organisms are not made of cells . e.g, viruses are acellular i.e, they are not made of cells.

And for your kind information all organisms does not contain organelles . Organelles are present in the Eukaryotic cells but the prokaryotic cells do not have organelles.
