why do people climbing mountains carry oxygen cylinders with them? Give reasons.

As we go higher and higher the pressure and the oxygen decrease so as due to less oxygen content they carry oxygen cylinders. Mountaineer's carry oxygen cylinders because when they go high the the altitude decrease and the level of oxygen goes down so they carry oxygen cylinders.

WHen we go high in sky there is lack of oxygen there and we will feel dizzy because of lack of oxygen , so in order to get rid of this dizzy feeling we take oxygen cylinders with us.
