• Independence - Money is not the only incentive to work. Employment allows a person greater freedom and power of their life. People learn new things as they work, gaining more skills an making friends with others.
• Skill Set - Every individual has varied  , which also differentiates their work paths. Someone can be a doctor, lawyer, singer, chef etc and help the community as well.
