why do people go weekly market give reason

HimanshuPandeya: People come here for their everyday requirements. Many things in weekly markets are available at cheaper rates. This is because when shops are in permanent buildings, they incur a lot of expenditure – they have to pay rent, electricity, fees to the government. They also have to pay wages to their workers

A weekly market is held on a specific day of the week. Permanent shops are not there in weekly markets. Traders set up a shop for the day and in the evening they close it.
