Answer:  It is unavoidable

Explanation: To answer logically, it is necessary to die to maintain the population in of the world (so that world won't become over populated). Scientifically, as a human grows, their internal and external body parts degrade. They start to function slowly and ineffectively. Then they finally stop working and one dies. Now, spiritually, to go to god. When one dies, they either go to heaven (god) or hell depending on the deeds in their life. If one has committed crimes and misdeeds, they go to hell, receive punishments according to what kind of crimes they have committed, and then given an ultimate punishment, a new life. Yes. Life is considered to be a punishment because it consists of low of struggle, sorrow, and other unpleasant emotions (of course pleasant ones too!). If they haven't committed crimes, they are free from the cycle of life and death and reach lord. Their new life, along with being a punishment, is also a great boon as it is an opportunity to rectify our mistakes and not commit mistakes so that at least in that life, they reach god. So that means, death causes one to meet the supreme lord. Death is just a soul leaving it's old body and going into a new one, just like water comes out of an old water bottle to a new one. There is nothing to be sad for, except for the person is now far from you. On the bright side,  they are moving close to god. So, don't feel low. Stay strong. Radhe Radhe! Hare Krishna!
