The temperatures have fallen by a few notches since the last couple of days and this has made the climate much more pleasant. However, city doctors have sounded a word of caution as this sudden change in climate comes with its own share of diseases.
Respiratory and water borne diseases are very high during this time of the year. Dr. Manish Doshi, associated with the Indian Medical Association, said, ''During winter, we see a surge in respiratory illnesses such as bronchitis, diarrhea, asthma attacks, etc.''
