Fatty foods like nuts, eggs, cheese, butter, meat, etc. contain extra protein, carbohydrate, and fat.

To digest these extras, the body tends to produce a little bit of heat.

This small amount of heat makes the body warmer during the digestion process, and so the person feels warmer.

People living in the hot climate already receives external temperature from the climate, and when this little heat gets added up to their body, they start feeling warmer.

For this reason, they avoid fatty foods.
