Judging is psychological thing it is most because jealousy or by perspective, for an example if your walking in very fancy clothes in a village or traditional place then people will judge you because there perspective of clothing is different or most matters jealousy, because some people even judge you if you look better or do something better. another thing is that is that they hate you. or they are just judging your personality by your looks or how you dress or the thing you like.
