development is multidimensional concept it include sufficient calories, education, health, political involvement, social status

People look at a mix of goals for development because like if we take two cases:
Case1- If a person get a job in a far off place getting high income but lacks many factors such as facilities for family , working atmosphere or opportunity to learn.
In another case, a job may give him less pay but may offer regular employment that enhances one's sense of security.
*So the person would probably choose the second option bcoz it not only gaurantee job security but also leave time for family.
That's why it's important for people to look at mix of goals..
