Why do people need license to drive a vehicle ?​

'Cause without a license even the noobs will be rocking the streets, knocking down the innocent and helpless pedestrians off their way. There'd be more corpse in the graveyards than the number of vehicles sold as a whole.

it gives citizens the permission to drive and at the same time acts as a valid identity proof , imagine if there's no driving licence or anything there will be chaos only , any of the age group can drive without fear might lead them to some accidents or serious injuries
