Why do people not accept some laws passed by the Parliament?

many reasons are there i will state few alone

1) When some people are welcoming a law it may be not useful to the other or even the llaw can  affect them .

ex: GST was introducedd and for the shop sellers it was a huge burden but for the banks it was  a luck!

2)When a law is not at all necessary at the time is opposed by the people.there will be other huge problems  going in the country but thinking that people will ignore the law thing  they impose but reality is people OPPOSE such tricky moves

3)Other reasoons are it may affect the religions, caste or language tradition people think like that and to secure their right they oppose such laws

4)Taking decision on major issues which affecct the whole country.

ex: CAA (citizenship amendment acct)

yes Many people won't accept laws passed by Govt...

They either do it directly or indirectly.

Some of people make fun of laws and restrict it to follow . Its very worng thing done by the people.
