Why do people not bargain in shops located in malls where asking

bargain in weekly markets?

Because people can reason with the owners of the weekly markets' stalls because the is no MRP or any fixed price but in malls 
they have a FIXED PRICE WHICH YOU CANNOT ARGUE ABOUT!
