People often regret the choices they made cuz when they go for that choice later on they will be like oh i should have gone for "this" instead of coming to this one...it usually happens...but they can't go back so they should just keep moving...

That is y it is said to TAKE DECISIONS WISELY!

Regretting a choice affects people becoz some may not be able to move on with the choice they took..that will make them go through depression and sadness...!
