Answer:People prespire on a hot humid day because our body tends to get heated or you can say, warm.So to cope with the heat,our body produces sweat from the sweat glands.It does that because when sweat evaporates it takes heat energy from the body to be able to evaporate which in turn provides us with a cooling sensation and hence we feel cool.So it is necessary to prespire on a hot humid day.
