people's developing goal vary because everyone in this society has different thinking about thier life and education .... children think big to become a police officer or a docter and so on ........

For the following reasons people's development goals vary:

1. It may be because the way of living life varies according to people.

2. People Endeavor things that are most valuable to them.

3. There are people seeking equal treatment, liberty, security and honor of other rather earning more profit.  

4. For instance, the goal of a boy from a rich family would be to join a cricket academy, whereas the developmental goal of a girl from the same family would be to get as much freedom as her brother en-joys.
