Why do people say Happy Birthday "Saeng il chuga" and Happy "Haengbog" in korean?

when people wanted to wish anyone or greet them on their birth day or the day when they were born
therefore people wish happy birthday

Thanks, but actually I didn't mean that. I was asking that there is no use of "Haengbog"(happy) in "Sang il chuha(Happy Birthday). wHY?
