during a hot sunny day the roof become too much jot and when we sprinkle water then the water absorbs the heat and gets evaporated . thus it reduces the hotness if the roof

When we sprinkle water, due to heat it gets evaporated and hence cools the roof or ground. This helps to overcome heat especially during summer season.
