A variety of symptoms may be indirectly related to, but are not always caused by, high blood pressure, such as: ... Facial flushing can also occurwith emotional stress, exposure to heat or hot water, alcohol consumption and exercise — all of which can raiseblood pressure temporarily.

According to me, as the blood pressure in the body is high, so the heart will transport blood to the body organs at a much higher rate. Due to this, the dirty blood received by the kidneys will be in a very large amount. As the kidneys can't excrete such a large amount of dirty blood at a time, so the waste removal will be in the form of sweat.
